A rose full of heart

Blend : 50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot Noir
with 9 to 15% red grapes depending on the harvest.

A delicate body and salmon pink hues, lasting thin mousse, subtle aromas of red berries ( morello and raspberry), beginning sharp and fruity with a creamy finish. Its sparkling body will harmonise with cold lobster slices, salmon toasts, trout eggs, small paprika flavoured goat cheeses. It will also enhance many desserts: crumble, red fruits pie, fruit mousse, chocolate and orange fondant, ice creams and sorbets…

A refined seducer, it is for aperitifs and light lunches amongst friends.
